Just when everything seemed to be over (and with the third official game still nowhere to be seen after three and a half years of development), in these final days of the fateful year 2025 we can announce the birth of a new version of our Impossible Mission III: remastered, enhanced, expanded — an “ultimate”, “special edition” or “director’s cut”.
As usual, someone will ask: where can we download it?
Nowhere, of course. You won’t find any links online. We don’t want legal trouble. IP owners and official developers of the game with the same title (apparently due in 2026, I believe) would hunt us down with their robot hounds, even if it's a freeware game.
But it does exist. Sad that the world can’t publicly see it, isn’t it? Secret additional modules, new features (I mean, even more features than in the 2022 first version) will be lost in time, like tears in rain.
Maybe.
There’s always the option of volunteering for playtesting, since playtesters need to get access to the game in order to test it, don’t you think?
