After so many years, to everyone's surprise, Psytronik and Icon64 have announced the upcoming release of the third chapter of Impossible Mission.
The most surprising thing — almost a twist of fate — is that this new official chapter is being released in the very same (real) year as the Amiga game Impossible Mission 2025, set in a future era that, back in the early 1990s, seemed distant but is now here. Who would have ever imagined that a new installment would arrive precisely in that fateful 2025… and for the C64, no less?
What can we expect from this new game? It seems that the ability to shoot is anticipated, a feature that diverges the new chapter from the original models. Nevertheless, we will find out soon; it's just a matter of a few months now.
